  Hi Rhonda, The night was fantastic and everyone had a great time. Hilary and Kate were great, friendly and very patient with the boys on the bus. Kate was very helpful at each venue, getting us in and out on time and ahead of any door lines. The Illinois put on a good meal for us and everyone was happy to get some grub in their belly. The staff were friendly and happy to have us there. I would recommend this tour to anyone and would like to thank Hilary and Kate once again for a great night. Simon

I must say a very big personal thank you to both yourself and Belinda for all your hard work, professionalism and support in the lead up to the night. You certainly made my life alot easier and made the night run smoothly. I must say a big thank you to Tracey, Faye and Alan for a awesome night that I am sure we will remember for time to come. They were always friendly and helpful and ensured that everything on the night went smoothly and even joined us in Laser Tag. They are a credit to Austrek and i would personally recommend them to anyone thinking of undertaking the pub trek experience. The choice of venues were an excellent mix and exceeded our expectations completely, although the alfred was a little n the quiet side. The overall trip experience from start to finish was completely mind blowing, I am sure this will be a trip that Heath and the rest of us will remember for a long time to come. I will be recommending Austrek to anyone thinking of undertaking this experience and if we will be organisin another trip very soon. The only thing I can recommend is for Tracey to remember the bins next time!! Our Laser Skirmish was simply awesome and was one of the highlights of the night. I believe everyone had a ball and would recommend this package stays as something that Austrek offer as a part of the excellent service they provide. Once again I would like to extend a BIG thank you on behalf of everyone that attended the night.  Hi Rhonda, I just wanted to say a massive thankyou for all your efforts in helping us organise this day! Everyone keeps talking about it till this day from the bus to the go karting! Massive fun! The boys are all jealous as they didnt have as much fun as us! First place and Second Place trophies were left there to get engraved and they said they were going to be sent out but we still havent recieved them. Can youplease look into this for me!   1.Were the Bus Driver John and Tour Guide Tracey helpful and friendly? John was extremely lovely and very patient with directions! It takes a one of a kind person to do the hosting job for three years and Tracey certainly is. She always made sure we were well looked after,with great drink specials and assuring our entry into all venues.Very personable and got along with everyone.We never felt rushed from pub to pub or ‘ordered’ onto the bus. A definite hard worker who likes her job and making sure people are having a great time. I think John and Tracey were a great team and I thank them very much for Saturday night. 2. Was the choice of venues what you expected? Worls Square Pub-tops,owner gave us free jager bombs.looked after the cake I dropped off earlier that day,very accommodating. Friend In hand- we knew it would be a small pub and it was a good venue to chat and get a drink at the bar quickly. Cabana bar- got free shots which is always great. A little strict with us on entry but they knew we were coming so they should expect we have had more than 2 drinks at 10pm or so.nice open venue. Trademark- not suitable for our type of party,but that was a mistake on my part. Its a really great venue for a bucks night or a really young crowd,but we were definitely in ‘pub’ mode and wanted to be able to dance to old school songs and still chat. We left and moved onto kings cross pub. 3. Did the trip meet your expectations? Was above and beyond our expectations. 4. Would you book another trip? I probably wouldn’t book a party myself but would definitely recommend it to friends and work collegues. I would definitely go on the bus again if someone was to invite me as I know how much fun we had. 5. Do you have any additional comments that could help us to improve the service? Not at all,if im really searching for anything to say here the only thing would be here is maybe a 7pm pick up would be better for people who choose a dinner option as you eat quite late by the time u get to the first venue. 6. How was your meal at World Square Pub? Salmon was absolutely delicious.Though the venue overall was our favourite.Clean,young,modern,good drink specials. Also, thank you very much to yourself and the team at Austrek tours for such a well organised and fun way to party and see Sydney at the same time. The party on Saturday night was a huge success and the suprise pulled off brilliantly. Ben certainly got a huge shock when the large green bus pulled up to our home. John and Tracey were the perfect hosts and everyone was really able to have a good time without anyone having to stress over details as it was all handled by you guys! We really cant wait to see the photos Thank you once again for all of the emails back and forth and being extremely patient and accommodating with anything i asked.You made it all very easy putting on a party.  Hi Rhonda, Sorry for the massive delay in answering these questions for you. 1. Hilary and Tracey were both fantastic, I had a great night and Tracey was very helpfull evan though I was drunk! 2. The Venue's were ok, The fox and the lion was very quiet.. Home was horrible but everyone loved the retro/metro?? 3. The trip met my expectations and more! 4. I am hoping to book another bus in the next week or so! Everyone had such a good time, Im just going to start organising them every so often. 5. It would be good if all the bus's had eskies. 6. I have to say the cock and bull was the best part of the night, meals were awesome! we recieved a free drink which we weren't expecting and we had a bit of a dance etc LOVED IT!
